How to pick a ring size?

How do I find my ring size?

Please keep in mind that each finger could have a different size, so don't presume that a ring that fits your left ring finger will also fit your right ring finger.

There are three different ways:
Go to a local jewelry store – the most accurate way! Take an existing ring and measure the internal diameter. Use paper or string as follow: Wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around the base of your ring finger. Make sure you can slip it comfortably over your knuckle. You'll get the most accurate reading if your hands are warm, not cold. Mark the point at which the string or paper meets itself. Use a ruler to measure the length of the string/paper from its tip to the mark you made. This is your finger's measurement. Using the chart below, match the measurement to your ring size.

If you are purchasing a ring as a gift for a loved one and you want to keep it a surprise, secretly measure one of their rings.
